HR 3534: The Clear Act aka “Federal Land Grab”
The Federal Government is positioning itself to use the Gulf Oil spill to springboard a piece of legislation (HR 3534) which will empower the Feds to engage in land grabbing. The Federal Government already owns 30% of U.S. land!!! This number will only grow.
