“To the extent the State of the Union has degenerated into a political pep rally, I’m not sure why we’re there,” said Chief Justice Roberts. Why would the Supreme Court sit there to be degraded and mocked by Senator Schumer and Senator Durbin cowering over them? The Courts opinion basically gave corporations and businesses the same right to the political world as the Unions have.
